How much weight will I lose after the program?

How many times can I repeat the program?

You can repeat the program once a month. You do the program for 5 days, then have a rest period of 25 days, then you can do it again. During the rest period, you may eat healthy food and exercise!

You are allowed one cup of black coffee each day of the program without any sugar or sweeteners.

How do I follow the ProLon diet to lose weight in 5 days?

You must adhere to the diet for 5 consecutive days, and from the sixth day you can return to your normal eating regimen. Included inside the system package is a card that shows you the meals you should eat every day. It is not a condition that you adhere to the same day’s meals in order. This means that you can eat them in any order you want as long as they are same day meals. Do not carry over meals from one day to the next day.
