Dr. Hsu brings over two decades of experience in endocrinology and metabolic health. He spent 20 years at Harvard’s Joslin Diabetes Center, serving as Vice President and leading global advisory initiatives across 12 countries before joining L-Nutra in 2019.

At L-Nutra, he directs clinical strategy, medical and scientific affairs, and oversees L-Nutra Health—an initiative targeting remission and regression of type 2 diabetes using nutrition-based therapeutic approaches, including the Fasting Mimicking Diet.

His professional contributions include shaping diabetes care standards through American Diabetes Association committees and publishing research on diabetes pathophysiology and digital health. He trained at Yale School of Medicine and Harvard Medical School, where he also served as Assistant Professor of Medicine.
